Vanity Sun Visor
A semi-automatic assembly of a vanity mirror, runs multiple versions in up to 12 second part to part cycle time, reduced labor from 24 to 6 operators.

Headliner Assembly
Modular Assembly fixtures with Epic “Zero Balance” tool plates for HIC brackets to bonding.

Shipping Pallet
Consisting of 6 stations or 3 identical cells, these machines assemble and test a plastic shipping pallet.
Each cell includes:
- Tipping Station for applying logo
- Two hot plate welds of a large part driven by two servo hot plate welders
- RFID tagging, reading and data transfer.
- Print and apply labels with bar code scanning and index table.
- One double-z gantry system, servo driven
- One servo driven stacking gantry
