Epic Equipment & Engineering posses extensive experience in the business areas listed below.
Well engineered assembly equipment is a necessity to improve efficiency and compete in a global market. Epic Equipment & Engineering can design, build, install, and service custom equipment to help your plant work smarter. We use off-the-shelf equipment and open standards whenever possible to create solutions that can evolve over time. Our solutions can be designed to meet global regulations and required certifications including UL, CE, ANSI and others. We understand the impact of regulatory requirements and design equipment with validation and compliance in mind.
Epic Equipment & Engineering designs turnkey machines, enclosures, electrical systems, mechanisms and process controls. Our custom equipment is designed to be easy to install, operate, and maintain with minimal engineering support. We lower your cost of ownership by minimizing training, operator intervention, downtime, and revalidation.
When necessary, we design custom fixtures to simplify equipment manufacturing and service. We can also design and build complex cable assemblies and custom printed circuit boards (PCB).
To ensure our designs meet current GMP requirements, we follow the GAMP life cycle model for automated systems to facilitate validation. We design and build individual pieces of equipment or complete manufacturing lines to automate and improve the manufacturing process.

Epic Equipment & Engineering maintains world-class manufacturing on-site. This assures our customers that Epic has full control over the quality of the complete equipment solution that you will receive. Our assembly professionals are seasoned craftsmen that focus their efforts on their role of the final product.
Working prototypes can be created for the designers so they may test their concepts before incorporating them into their designs. Changes and improvements to the process or mechanisms can be made quickly and cost effectively.
Each assembly is carefully assembled from drawings created during the design stage and inspected by the design engineer. If changes are required during the assembly stage of the project, they are carefully documented so that the drawings and manuals can be updated before the machine is shipped.
Experienced, highly skilled electronic assemblers are able to complete full wire assemblies from schematics created during the design stage of the machine manufacturing project. Control panels are neatly laid out and all wires and cables are custom labeled to reduce debug time and ensure the reliability of your machine throughout its operation.
Epic Equipment & Engineering places a high priority on the aesthetic appearance of the equipment we build. Our manufacturing and assembly personnel certify that functionality, appearance and design process from both a mechanical and electrical perspective are built to specification to ensure the best cycle times and reliability.

The final steps include production dry cycling. This process evaluation is measured for consistency specification. We identify any area for premature component failure, and contribute to optimization. Your equipment will also benefit from a controlled debug, which is aided through our in-house manufacturing and assembly abilities.
Epic Equipment & Engineering provides production assistance services to facilitate the implementation of our new systems into production. Epic personnel can accompany your operators and maintenance staff at your facility during the "ramp-up" production stage. Our personnel operate the system and continue training your operators and maintenance staff to avoid downtime due to unfamiliarity with the system. This service is provided on request and is quoted as an option.
During the production assistance stage our mechanics and automation specialists help your employees operate the new system at your premises. Because our technicians have made the final adjustments to the assembly system during the debug and testing stages, they can provide your staff with the additional insight to optimize the system's performance.
