Punching and Trimming

The form and construction of the die determines the shape punched on the work piece. Our punching presses have two components: the punch, which is attached to the reciprocating ram of the machine; and the die, which is attached to the anvil whose flat surface is perpendicular to the path of the ram. The punch pushes against the work piece, which is held in the die producing a consistent trim or orifice.

The punching and trimming machines are engineered to serve as a complete workstation, effectively integrating into your production flow.
